- Dale is a licensed property and casualty, life and health
insurance agent. He also has the professional designation making him an " Agribusiness and
Farm Insurance Specialist" (AFIS). He also grew up on a dairy farm giving him the
partical knowledge needed to talk the language of the farming community.

- Michele joined Padgett-Young & Associates in 1986. She is a licensed
agent and specializes in personal lines and commercial lines. She has earned the national designation
of CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) and CPSR (Certified Professional
Service Representative) through the Professional Insurance Association. Michelle is also

CHRIS BETTS
- Chris joined Padgett-Young & Associates in 1979. He began
his insurance career after four years in the military and thirteen years as a
state trooper. He served on Lodi Village Council, Village Board of Public Affairs,
Medina County Economic Development Commission and Medina County Fund. Chris is
licensed in bonds, life, health, commercial and personal lines of insurance. His
background and experience make him a valuable resource to our clients and agency.

LARRY DAVIS
- Larry became associated with Padgett-Young &
Associates in 1997 after spending more than 30 years in the insurance industry, 27
being with Westfield Companies. He is licensed to sell property, casualty, life
and health products. Larry is a former volunteer fireman and EMT and served 9
years on the state fire commission, having been appointed by Governor Richard
Celeste and re-appointed by Governor George Voinovich. Email

- Christy started in the insurance business in 1989 at the Western Reserve Group
where she worked with personal lines underwriting
and accounting. In 1993 she came to Padgett-Young &, Associates.
Christy is a licensed agent and as a customer

RENEE TERHORST
- Renee joined Padgett-Young & Associates in 2000 after spending 10 years
in the legal field and 5 years with the Common Pleas Court of Medina.
She is a licensed property and casualty agent. Renee is a customer service representative in
commercial lines, property lines and life and health.

MCDUFFEE -
Lucinda came to Padgett-Young in May, 2003 with over 25 years experience in the
insurance industry. She has worked both agency and company positions, with a background
in sales, marketing, underwriting, and loss control. Her career began with Westfield
Companies and her most recent position was with Selective Insurance. Lucinda is
licensed in both commercial and personal lines of insurance. She has made her
home in Wadsworth with her husband, Mike, since 1972. Email
